Supported Housing

A selection of supported housing projects we have worked on from the small single teenage parent schemes to the large O'Hanlon House, a purpose built night shelter in Oxford.

Bina Gardens
BINA GARDENS: This project was developed by Metropolitan Housing Trust to provide independent living in self contained flats and bedsits. In addition there is a large resource and IT room on the ground floor.



Harrow View
HARROW VIEW: is a single teenage parent scheme located in Harrow. The block comprises of self contained flats as well as extensive gardens. Support workers are also based at offices which are part of the development.



High Road
HIGH ROAD: High Road is a scheme in North London that provides five flats for independent living . The flats are all self-contained and allow five individuals the opportunity to live in an independent way while still receiving any support they may require.



O'Hanlon House
O'HANLON HOUSE:  is a large night shelter in the centre of Oxofrd. The new building was constructed on the old site, following the demolition of the original building which was a converted Victorian school.



Oak Meadow
OAK MEADOW:  This award winning scheme in South Moulton was developed by Devon and Cornwall HA in association with CARE UK. Constructed with the highest levels of insulation the building is clad in green oak and has stainless steel gutters and downpipes that harvest water from the natural slate roof which is retained for toilet flushing.



Pilgrim House
PILGRIM HOUSE: This iconic modern building has been constructed in the grounds if a residential care home run by the Salvation Army and provides eight self contained units for people with learning disabilities. 



Pymmes Close
PYMMES CLOSE: This scheme again provides self contained flats for people with learning difficulties to live independently. The flats were fitted our with  complete furniture package and left ready fro occupation.



Seymour Road
SEYMOUR ROAD: A converted house in Finchley, North London providing five flats for single teenage parents. The ground floor also has a training room. The project was developed by Metropolitan Housing Trust.



The Angle
THE ANGLE: Located in Harlow New Town The Angle is a former YWCA building which has been upgraded by the present owners Circle Anglia to provide accommodation for key workers in the town. The building had not been updated since it's construction n the sixties and ipm were involved in upgrading the communal areas as well as providing new furniture for the 65 bedrooms.
