Another Successful Year
for ipm
Despite difficult trading conditions and the
general slow down in the economy, ipm have achieved good results for
2009. The key areas this year have been in the refurbishment of
Sheltered Housing Scheme Communal Facilitates. In a number of cases the
refurbishment of these areas has created a new problem, in that they
are now so popular space is becoming an issue. Still better this than
rooms that are dull uninteresting and little used.
Other key areas this year have been with Women's Refuges and New
Foyers.

RAF West Ruislip
Paradigm Housing will be developing shared
ownership housing and a new extra care home as part of this prestigious
development currently under construction by Cala Homes. ipm have been
appointed as interior designers for the Paradigm part of the project
which is due for completion in 2012.

Ranges
Following the launch of the new Vita range, Panaz
have continued to be a leading supplier of
furnishing fabrics to ipm. This attractive range of complimentary
designs has proved particularly popular with residents user groups when
choosing colour schemes for their homes. This range, as well as many
others offered by Panaz, has the great advantage that the designs can
be printed on a wide choice of backcloths that can be used for
everything from Curtains to Upholstery.
Agua have
also further developed there ranges of Upholstery fabrics and continue
to be a very useful source of modern, tough durable fabrics.
