Abbey Court
ABBEY COURT:  is a sheltered housing scheme located in Chesham, close to the open countryside of the Chiltern Hills. The communal room has been designed  to be in a central position within the development. The scheme was constructed on land formerly occupied by old outdated bungalows. The scheme was developed and is operated by Paradigm Housing.

BUGBROOK:  comprises of a number on multifunction areas as well as a sheltered housing scheme. The communal room is shared with other organisations in the local community in this beautiful Northamptonshire village. The buildings have been constructed from local stone and also feature lots of exposed oak and timber framing.

Chapleton House
CHAPLETON HOUSE: is a sheltered housing scheme in Brixton, South London with 20 one bedroom flats. The communal room has an unusual double height ceiling which helps to give a light airy feel to the room.

COPELAND:  is a sheltered housing scheme in Peterborough that is also a Day Centre for the local community. The communal areas have been completely refurbished and now have extensive Lounge and Dining facilities.

Fountain Court
FOUNTAIN COURT:  is a large "extra care" sheltered scheme in Borehamwood. As well as the 53 self contained flats spread over four floors there are many  communal areas including two large residents lounges. The scheme was developed by Ridgehill Housing Association who are now part of the William Sutton Group.

Herlington
HERLINGTON:  Following the construction of a large conservatory the original room was refurnished to provide a dining area and the new room used as a lounge.

Lingham Court
LINGHAM COURT: Located in Stockwell, South London, this "extra care" sheltered scheme is part of a general housing development on the same site. This state of the art building was constructed using the latest construction techniques and is a "Landmark" building in the area.

MAUD SWIFT:  is in the Fletton Area of Peterborough and provides sheltered accommodation in 35 self contained flats and a number of bungalows. The communal lounge and entrance areas have been completely refurbished.

Mellows Close
MELLOWS CLOSE: is just one of the many sheltered housing schemes operated by Cross Keys Homes that have recently been refurbished by ipm. The transformation has been dramatic and the facilities are now much more widely used. There is a feature on Cross Keys and the investment they have made in their Sheltered Schemes in Peterborough.

A picture of Nelson Place Nelson Place NEW
NELSON PLACE:  has a separate dining room and lounge area and both have recently been refurbished. Careful planning of the space has made sure that the best is made of these popular facilities.

Pine tree Close
PINE TREE CLOSE: is another scheme operated by Cross Keys. As with all of their refurbishments there was extensive consultation with the management and residents at the scheme before the work went ahead. This includes making sure the new furnishings are appropriate for the activities at the scheme and the choosing of the colour scheme.

Rangefield
RANGEFIELD: has to a degree suffered from being refurbished. The newly refurbished communal room and the activities they run there are proving so popular space is becoming an issue and accommodating everyone that wants to attend the events run there.

Wood Court
WOOD COURT: Was constructed in 2008 and is an "extra care" scheme in Edgware, North London. The scheme was developed by Catalyst Housing and constructed by inspace. ipm provided complete package for the furnishing of the building including all furniture and furnishings and equipment. This was all installed as the construction of the building came towards completion, allowing the building to be up and running as soon as it was finished.
